Mark's fantastic journey into the magical world of real chocolate began in a blueberry field in the summer of 2005 when Mark ate his first raw cacao bean, and as he described it, "F**k Yeah!" Then while visiting some friends from the Land of Is, hand-made love infused raw chocolate was served at breakfast and he thought, how cool is this! Humm…

Yoyo All, I am honoured to be part of the Giddy Yoyo Team. I have a background in Holistic Nutrition and I am currently studying Classical Osteopathy. Being a nutritionist means jack shit unless you practice what you preach. That is why I nourish myself everyday with a few Giddy Yoyo Chocolate bars. This is one of the most nutrient dense foods available and it is so much fun to eat. "You can be goofy or you can be true, but goofy true can be good too!!" White Chocolate, if you are having difficulty being happy eat a Giddy Yoyo Chocolate bar and feel the love!!

I love open fields, the sky and trees. I also think that spiral staircases are just flat out hot. Cooking and  baking are definitely on my list of top 10 favourite things to do. Also on that list are eating healthy/delicious  foods (like giddy yoyo chocolate), laughing, dancing, traveling, cuddling, acting, photographing, talking to people AND! eating giddy yoyo...lots of it!

Rebecca is a spiritual healer and holistic nutritionist who is passionate about helping people lead empowered lives. She loves animals, mother nature and deep heart connections... Her life is fueled by her seeking of truth and joy.. Super foods have brought healing to both her and her clients lives :)

It wasn't until I stumbled upon the white light that shone in the small corner table at the Barrie's Farmers Market (ahhh angel voices), that my life altered forever. I was greeted by the healthiest people I had ever seen and they wanted me to eat chocolate and to my delight it was good for me! From that day forward I was inspired to create and explore a new way at looking at food, it was no longer to just fill my families hunger pains but to build a strong, healthy well balance life that included body, mind and spirit. Since that day, I can honestly  say my life has never been the same and I am now proud to be apart of the Giddy Yoyo Crew.

I'm a student of holistic nutrition, a lover of video games, and an aficionado of Giddy Yoyo chocolate! I am so excited to be discovering my passion alongside Mark and Bridgitte. If you ever see me handing out samples at health shows or stores, please say hi... and try some amazing chocolate while you're at it! AND I also make the best pumpkin pie in the world!

Laura-Beth Gray didn't know what to write about herself, she tried with all her might she wanted to tell you what was real and true but nothing was coming out the way she wanted it to So, she did what she does best, and started to sing a song and began to think about how she sings to the chocolate all day long and when she isn't making it, wrapping bars or demoing she's singing to horses, deer, children (young and old), she sings about everything!
She has even sang to a herd of cows, they really find it soothing and the people around are so use to it now they don't wonder what she's doing when asked to give a word of advice this is what she'd say "sing a song, send out love and eat real chocolate everyday!"
Every color is her favorite reflected in the light she runs to chase the sunsets and loves to watch birds in flight and when the deer come to visit, she stops for a prolonged minute God is there, in the innocent eye, you just have to look within it. 

A Heart Felt Hello to YOU! My name is Nicole Carey (aka Bubbles of Light & LoVe) Spiritual Visionary, Heart Centered Entrepreneur and LoVe Infuser for Giddy YoYo Chocolate. After spending many years contributing to the corporate world, I became aware that 'something' was missing...? As I stepped into the energy of awareness, I acknowledged that I was living my life for others (as we can so easily do...) I made the conscious decision from that day forward to forever honor my Truth... my Heart Song! ... and what makes my heart sing you ask?! Aligning others to their Heart Song. Whether it be through teaching, guidance and/or chocolate it's all the same... LoVe infused!

When I was a child, I was deemed "allergic to chocolate" by a homeopathic doctor. For years, I avoided chocolate as much as possible - only to want it more - and eventually, I gave in completely. Now I cannot get enough! After trying all sorts of chocolate, I happened across the magical bars that M&B have created and I found exactly what I had been searching for (not to mention some delicious sprouts!). I am proud to be a part of the Giddy Yoyo team, and I am here to spread the love! In my off-time, I like to prepare food and of course - EAT! Avocados are my favorite whole food and I usually have at least one a day. I love shooting photos of anything and everything - a passion inspired by the darkroom photography classes I took in high school. I live for laughter, true friendship, the summer, the sun, hot-humid days, sandy beaches, spontaneous adventures, and last minute road trips.

It’s all about the love baby! My love of good quality food and nutrition has led me to find Giddy Yoyo. I am currently studying Holistic Nutrition and learning more everyday about how much of an impact the food we eat has on the way we feel and function. Raw chocolate and superfoods are where it’s at. Some of my other loves are; being outdoors, travelling and yoga.

In searching for the best I could be and do for my body and mind I found Mark and Bridgitte at our local market. I fell in love with THEIR (now OUR) chocolate, sprouts and superfoods. Now I am proud to say I feel great about what I feed not only myself but also my family. We are different, but we love it and are proud of it. I'm very happy to be part of Giddy Yoyo team!

First and foremost I'm a single Mom to three beautiful young boys. Our family eats chocolate, sprouts and superfoods everyday. I have a passion for Boxing, running, dancing and any physical activity that gets your heart rate up...even better if it gets us outside. I am an enthusiast for living each day to it's fullest, as we are not promised tomorrow. My message to the world and what I teach my children is to love yourself and others fully. We need to take great care of our health, minds, and treat the earth and one another with respect. Smiling at total strangers and striking up conversations wherever I go makes me laugh and I love to laugh! There is nothing better than receiving gorgeous smiles in return and brightening someone else's day. In the words of Bob Marley - "One World. One People. One Love." 'Nuff said! :)

When not immersed in the dirt and plant life, I make time for a few loves of my life. Photography, my animals, wandering mountains and forests, floating on my back in lakes and oceans listening to the sounds below and ripping it up on a snowboard in winter longboard in summer. Finding peace living these days in a little cottage on the river. Free to be.

I remember putting a piece of Giddy Yoyo chocolate in my mouth after a December night swim, tremendous vibrations awakening! I am always seeking the real deal in life. After a grad program in environmental science, I knew my higher purpose was to connect with nature, inside and out. I harvest chaga and other local superfoods, bring them to people and teach how to bring health and feel great using higher vibrational foods like pure raw chocolate. I am learning about eco-therapy and love to help people improve their life experience connecting with nature and oneness. On your next walk through the woods, look up, I might be up in a tree harvesting some chaga or just enjoying the best chocolate on earth!

Katie Black has been an avid athlete, a mover and shaker her whole life - revealing a combination of enthusiasm and dedication, fueling her self development as well her passion to make a difference in the world! Graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 with a B.A Honors degree in Sociology, Katie has a desire for learning new things and exploring every aspect of life. Shortly after graduating, Katie spent several years of training in Yoga, meditation, and thai massage, accumulating knowledge from different parts of Asia, the United States and Canada. This became her foundation for teaching Yoga to adults and kids alike, further igniting her inquisitive mind and bringing together her interests of – the body, her love of yoga, and life! Once Katie dove deeper into her passions by attending Health shows, Yoga Conferences and exhibits, she became profoundly drawn to the world of CHOCOLATE!! Ever since she was a little girl, Katie has loved the joy that food can bring and all her friends can attest that when she's eating, she's in heaven! Katie found Giddy Yoyo Chocolate at one of these very events and Katie lived happily ever after! Giddy Yoyo chocolate excites every part of her soul and her taste buds!! Giving her passion yet another new and exciting adventure :) You can often find her at different venues feeding this secret drug to others! Chocolate!!

Hailing from Orangeville, ON; I wander the earth in search of inspiration, love, creativity + knowledge in all that is life. Always with a song brewing in my head, I enjoy the simple pleasures of life, from the clouds in the sky to two racoons fighting over garbage. I saw a double rainbow once, and a tree frog not on a tree. When not at Giddy Yoyo, you are likely to find me with an instrument in my hands and my head in the clouds. Boogie on reggae woman!

Currently attending U of G for Applied Human Nutrition as healthy eating is something very important to me! Besides school I also love to run, workout, bake and cook, travel, blog, hang out with my hubby and eat tons of chocolate! Hippocrates was right when he said, "let food be thy medicine."

My peace, freedom and love are found in experiencing the sensations and benefits of the ever flowing movement of pure source energy, life force, vibrating in everyone of my cells and sharing the equation for this bliss with others.:) Through my life I’ve used my bodies signals as a compass to lead me towards the remedy of personal freedom. My compass has lead me to nutrient rich, plant based organic foods, full of the highest sources of life force, sacred spaces in nature and expressing my love and light through many forms of art that I create with the intention that it will help others experience their own “full out” life force:) Through singing, songwriting, painting, dancing, leading people in yoga, meditation and intuitively guided one on one healing sessions, I experience joy, Love, freedom and fulfillment all in one. Working with giddy yoyo is yet another action of me helping distribute bliss to y’all. Giddy Yoyo chocolate bars have a happy effect that they leave on those who eat them:) When I eat them my cells vibrate with extra enthusiasm. Whether I'm sharing uplifting music or chocolate that is infused with good vibes, it's all heavenly to me!

After many years in the fashion and entertainment industry, I moved to the Mayan Riviera, began teaching English and ultimately opened a healthy café inside a worldclass gym. Being surrounded by super foods and crossing over into the world of nutrition had a huge impact on what I had envisioned my future to look like. I made the choice to re-educate myself and am presently working toward becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition.Working with Giddy Yoyo is such an honor. I’m proud to be involved with a company that focuses on fair trade and organic practices. It is so important to be conscious of every step involved in getting the product to the consumer. Giddy Yoyo is the perfect of example of what a team of professionals can offer each other and the world when love is apart of the philosophy.

Steve was once a beer aficionado and salesman, but when his health turned sour he was forced to learn the 'ins and outs' of holistic nutrition in order to thrive and stay alive. Part of this drastic lifestyle change involved the consumption of organic whole foods, superfoods, raw chocolate, water, and sleep. While on the upturn, love and gratitude were main ingredients that formed the solid foundation to his 'Live Entirely' concept. When he discovered that Giddy Yoyo was the product of raw organic chocolate made with majority ingredients of love and gratitude, the need to be a part of the team was a no-brainer. Steve's introduction to Mark and Bridgitte's magic mood food was not a mistake. From the unpromising promotion of addictive toxic liquids to the necessary promotion of Wild Ecuadorian Heirloom Cacao, Steve has learned to understand the importance of health, while dedicated to educating and empowering those in need to succeed.
